The role
This is a role for someone who builds relationships and follows through. You'll be the main point of contact for our existing customers after they've placed an order - making sure they're looked after, resolving their queries, keeping them satisfied, and following up so payments come in on time. Confident communication and reliable follow-up are the heart of this job.

What you'll do
- Be the main point of contact for existing customers after they place an order
- Provide strong after-sales service and make sure customers are satisfied




- Follow up with customers on pending payments and help ensure they pay on time, passing genuinely overdue or disputed accounts to the accounts receivable team
- Follow up with customers regularly to check in and gather honest feedback
- Handle customer queries, questions, and complaints - resolve them or escalate to the right person
- Build long-term relationships that keep customers loyal and coming back
- Know our product range well enough to answer customer questions confidently
- Keep clear records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues

What we're looking for
- 2-4 years in customer service, client relationship, or after-sales, ideally in a B2B business
- A confident communicator - strong on the phone and in writing, with customers and colleagues
- Rigorous, reliable follow-up
- A polite, patient, and qualified manner
- Proactive - anticipates what customers need and acts on it
- Responsive and available on calls
