Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Operations & Driver Partner Management Intern who can support and manage the end-to-end driver supply chain of DriverShaab. The role involves driver hiring, onboarding, daily coordination, trip allocation, app-based compliance, and on-ground execution across Bengaluru.

This is a field-heavy,



operations-intensive role for someone who understands how driver aggregator platforms function and is comfortable working in a startup setup with high accountability and rapid execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesDriver Partner Hiring & Onboarding
- Source and hire 2-wheeler, 3-wheeler, and 4-wheeler driver partners:
- Complete onboarding as per DriverShaab’s process and policies
- Ensure proper documentation and app setup for every onboarded driver partner

App Adherence & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to platform rules, operational policies, and trip execution flow
- Monitor app compliance, login discipline, trip acceptance, and trip completion behavior

End-to-End Supply Chain Management
- Manage the daily supply flow of driver partners across demand locations
- Coordinate movement of drivers from one location to another based on business need
- Assign trips to available driver partners and ensure smooth trip completion through the app
- Maintain the full lifecycle of driver partner operations from onboarding to active dep
