Job Summary

Jhelum Impex is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and result-oriented Sales Merchandiser - Domestic & Export to manage customer coordination, sales follow-ups, merchandising activities, and order execution across both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities1. Domestic & Export Sales
- Handle sales inquiries and customer requirements from domestic as well as international buyers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, buyers, distributors, retailers, and sourcing companies.
- Identify potential customers and support current business development in domestic and international markets.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, samples, and purchase orders.
- Assist in achieving assigned sales and business-development targets.
- Understand customer requirements, product specifications,



quantities, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Participate in customer meetings, buyer presentations, exhibitions, and trade fairs whenever required.

2. Merchandising & Order Management
- Manage the complete merchandising cycle from inquiry → quotation → sampling → order confirmation → production → quality → dispatch → delivery.
- Prepare and maintain product catalogs, quotations, price lists, specifications, sample records, and order sheets.
- Coordinate product development and sampling according to customer requirements.
- Ensure accurate communication of buyer specifications, measurements, colors, materials, packaging, labeling, and other requirements.
- Track order progress and provide timely updates to customers and management.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion.
