Job Summary

Premier Group is looking for an experienced CRM Manager from the Real Estate sector to manage the complete CRM and post-sales function. The role will be responsible for customer relationship management, payment tracking, documentation, MIS, banking coordination, customer grievance handling, and management of the CRM team.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the CRM team.
- Establish and monitor CRM and post-sales processes.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of customer and booking records.
- Monitor bookings,



agreements, documentation, payment schedules, and outstanding amounts.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Finance regarding payment receipts, reconciliation, and banking matters.
- Monitor customer payment follow-ups and collection status.
- Ensure timely completion of customer documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and other departments.
- Handle escalated customer queries and complaints.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Prepare and review CRM MIS for management.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and post-sales experience.
- Develop systems and processes to improve customer service.
- Monitor CRM data accuracy and reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of customer information.
