Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase & Procurement professional to manage purchasing and procurement activities for our Alcohol Manufacturing / Distillery operations as well as Real Estate and Construction projects.

Key Responsibilities1. Purchase & Procurement - Alcohol Manufacturing / Distillery
- Handle day-to-day purchase requirements for the alcohol manufacturing / distillery plant.
- Procure plant machinery, spare parts, engineering materials, electrical items, mechanical items, pumps, valves, pipelines, motors, bearings, tools and consumables.
- Source materials required for RO/DM plants, utilities, bottling operations, maintenance and production.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Stores and Utility departments to understand material requirements.
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
- Negotiate price, quality,



payment terms, delivery timelines and commercial conditions.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) after approval.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Stores for material receipt, quantity verification and documentation.
- Resolve issues relating to shortages, wrong materials, quality problems and delayed deliveries.

2. Packaging & Alcohol-Business Procurement
- Handle procurement of bottles, caps, labels, cartons, mono cartons, packaging materials and other bottling-related requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers for artwork/specification-related requirements where applicable.
- Ensure packaging materials are available as per production requirements.
- Maintain supplier records, prices and historical purchase data.
- Identify opportunities for bulk purchasing and cost reduction.
