Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and follow up on feedback. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.:
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking). Solid interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously with a sense of urgency. Knowledge of HR databases, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and MS Office. Key Skills:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
