Handle customer calls, queries, and service requests. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues. Follow up on pending service requests and complaints. Maintain accurate customer and service records. Provide regular updates to customers regarding their requests. Ensure timely and quality service delivery. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when required. Prepare daily/weekly service reports. Maintain valuable relationships with existing customers. Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
