Experience with premium international brands such as Apple, Samsung, Sony, LG, Dyson, Bose, Nespresso, G3 Ferrari (Italy) and similar global brands,will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end retail store operations.
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve business targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience while maintaining premium service standards.
- Manage inventory, stock planning, and coordination with vendors and brand partners.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare MIS reports,



and implement strategies to improve store productivity.
- Ensure excellent visual merchandising and compliance with company standards.
- Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to business growth.
- 7-15 years of experience in electronics and premium home appliances retail.
- Proven experience in managing premium retail stores and sales teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and sales planning.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation: Best in Industry + Attractive Incentives (target based)
