Job Description - Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach landlords with TO-LET properties across assigned locations.
- Explain Dorleto’s services, benefits, and value proposition to landlords and convince them to list their properties.
- Assist landlords in registering and listing their properties on the Dorleto Landlord-Agent App.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with landlords to encourage continued engagement.
- Conduct regular field visits, track onboarding progress, and achieve assigned property acquisition targets.
- Prior experience in sales or field marketing is preferred.
- Comfortable with fieldwork and visiting different locations.
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
