nReports to: GM - Enterprise Application Team
nLocation: Bangalore – MIT Office
nEmployment Type: Full-time- (Immediate Joiners)
nThe ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can switch seamlessly between high-level strategic planning and day-to-day tactical execution. Candidate will analyse current systems to identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and foster a culture of operational excellence.
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Operational Leadership & Strategy

- Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure seamless execution of workflows and delivery.n
- Translate the company's strategic goals into actionable operational plans with clear KPIs.n
- Collaborate with senior leadership to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals.n
- Identify opportunities to scale operations and implement recent technologies or systems to support growth.n

n2. Process Improvement & Efficiency

- Analyze current operational processes and performance metrics to identify inefficiencies.n




- Design and implement policies, procedures, and best practices (SOPs) to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.n
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of recent processes across departments.n

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing operations teamn
- Conduct performance reviews, set individual goals, and provide coaching to support career development.n
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages cross-departmental communication.n

nRequirements

- n
- Experience: 5 to 7 Years proven experience in an operations management.n
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the Telecom domainn
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of operational software and tools ERP systems Project Management tools like Jira, Jenkins, ELK stack, SQL server, remedy and Advanced Exceln
