Job Description
Experience: 6–8+ years Industry: Industrial Manufacturing / Engineering / B2B Role Overview We are looking for an experienced B2B Business Development professional with strong exposure to industrial manufacturing, engineering products/services and international business development . The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent customers and markets, developing relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, procurement teams and industrial buyers , generating RFQs and converting opportunities into business. Key Responsibilities Develop new domestic and international B2B customers and markets . Identify and target OEMs, Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, industrial manufacturers and engineering companies . Build relationships with Procurement, Purchase, Sourcing, Engineering, Production and Plant Heads . Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, industry databases, references, exhibitions and networking . Identify customer requirements and generate qualified RFQs and business opportunities .



Coordinate with the technical/production team for quotations and proposals. Follow up, negotiate and convert quotations into orders. Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business. Explore export opportunities, overseas markets, distributors/agents and international clients . Handle international business development activities including commercial negotiations, customer communication, quotations and coordination for export enquiries . Maintain the sales pipeline from Lead → RFQ → Quotation → Negotiation → Order → Repeat Business . Conduct customer meetings and travel domestically/internationally as required.
