Sr Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B & B2C)

nWe are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, preferably with experience in the Travel & Tourism industry, particularly in Umrah or Hajj packages.
n

nKey Responsibilities
n

nHandle incoming and outgoing sales calls and respond to customer enquiries.
n

nMaintain accurate call records and client follow-ups in CRM.
n

nFollow up with leads and prospective clients on a daily basis.
nUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable Umrah packages.
n

nPrepare and share package quotations through Email and WhatsApp.
n

nConvert enquiries/leads into confirmed bookings.
n

nAchieve monthly and individual sales targets.
n

nMaintain daily and monthly sales and follow-up reports in Excel.
n

nMaintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
n

nCoordinate with the operations team for confirmed bookings and further processing.
n





nMaintain proper records of leads, quotations, follow-ups and conversions.
n

nBuild strong customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business.
n

n

nRequirements
n

nMinimum 2 years of experience in Sales.
n

nExperience in Travel & Tourism is preferred.
n

nExperience in Umrah/Hajj sales will be an added advantage.
n

nStrong communication and negotiation skills.
n

nGood knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, Excel and CRM software.
n

nAbility to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
n

nTarget-oriented, confident and self-motivated.
n

nGood customer-handling and convincing skills.
n

nAbility to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
n

nDaily follow-up efficiency
n

nMonthly sales target achievement.
