nWe specialize in furniture, doors and interior solutions, with a focus on quality, design and customized solutions for residential and commercial projects.
nRole & Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunitiesn
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionalsn
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into successful projectsn
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements and present suitable products and solutionsn
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closuren
- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clientsn
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, design requirements, production and executionn
- Develop long-term client relationships and repeat businessn
- Keep track of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activityn




- Represent Woodbling professionally at meetings, networking events and industry opportunitiesn
- Achieve agreed business development and sales targetsn

nWhat We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development / salesn
- Experience in furniture, interiors, doors, building materials, construction or related industries will be preferredn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsn
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilitiesn
- Confident in client meetings and business discussionsn
- Positive follow-up and relationship-management skillsn
- Target-oriented and proactive approachn
- Willingness to travel for meetings and project visits when requiredn
