About BluePen AIBluePen AI is a screenless AI learning device for students. We want to help children learn with an AI teacher without the distraction of a mobile screen.
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who can visit schools, coaching centres, parents, and other potential customers to introduce BluePen AI and generate sales.

Responsibilities
- Visit schools, coaching centres, education institutes, and potential customers.
- Demonstrate BluePen AI and explain how the product helps students learn without screen distraction.
- Generate leads and build relationships with school owners, teachers, parents, and education partners.
- Convert leads into product sales.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team.
- Represent BluePen AI at events, exhibitions, schools,



and education-related activities.
- Maintain records of meetings, leads, and sales.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in field sales, education sales, edtech, or consumer products is preferred.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Comfortable with visiting customers and travelling within Delhi NCR.
- Ability to demonstrate and explain a technology product in simple language.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Self-driven and able to work independently.
- Hindi and English communication skills required.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus.
