Finance & Accounts Executive

nWe are looking for an experienced and highly organised Finance & Accounts Executive to join our Mumbai studio.
nReporting to the Head of Finance and Operations Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day finance and accounts administration of our Indian company, working closely with our external accountants, Company Secretary, banks, suppliers and management team.
nThis is a hands-on role requiring someone with a robust understanding of Indian accounts and financial administration who can independently manage day-to-day tasks, keep on top of deadlines and ensure payments, records and compliance requirements are properly coordinated.

nAccounts & Finance

- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial administration.n
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, bills, expenses, receipts and payments.n
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.n
- Raise client invoices and track outstanding payments.n




- Process and coordinate supplier and vendor payments.n
- Manage employee expenses and reimbursements.n
- Perform bank, supplier and account reconciliations.n
- Maintain accurate records of company expenditure.n
- Assist with monthly closing and preparation of management accounts.n
- Maintain clear records of upcoming payments and financial commitments.n
- Provide regular financial information and reports to the Operations Lead and management.n
- Maintain well-organised financial records and supporting documentation.n
