About the Role
nWe are looking for a highly creative, multi-talented Videographer & Editor to join our team. In
nthis role, you will own the entire video production process from concept to final delivery. You
naren't just someone who knows how to operate a camera; you are a visual storyteller and a
nstrategic thinker. Beyond shooting high-quality footage and elevating it with engaging motion
ngraphics, you will actively keep a pulse on the digital landscape. Your goal is to spot emerging
nsocial media trends, determine which ones align with our products, and produce catchy, visually
nappealing videos that drive engagement and sales.
nKey Responsibilities
nTrend Research & Strategy (CURRENT): Actively monitor social media trends, viral audio,
nand video formats (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts). Identify which trends
nmake sense for our brand and pitch creative ways to showcase our products using these
nformats.
nEnd-to-End Production: Handle all aspects of video production, including
npre-production planning, storyboarding, shooting,



and post-production.
nFilming: Shoot high-quality video content on location or in-studio, managing camera
nsetup, lighting, and audio recording to ensure professional-grade output.
nDynamic Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, compelling narratives. Cut and
nassemble clips to create a natural, engaging rhythm that holds viewer attention.
nMotion Graphics & Animation: Design and integrate eye-catching 2D/3D animations,
ntext overlays, lower thirds, and visual effects to make the content pop.
nAudio Mixing: Source and select appropriate background music, sound effects, and
nhandle basic audio mastering to ensure clear dialogue and impactful soundscapes.
nPlatform Optimization: Export and format videos for various platforms, ensuring they
nmeet specific aspect ratios, lengths, and technical requirements.
nRequired Skills & Qualifications
nProven Experience: 2-3years of experience as a Video
