Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth in the US market. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Ed Tech, Staffing, Recruitment, or related service-based industries, with proven experience in generating leads, acquiring clients, and building long-term business relationships.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop current business opportunities in the US market. Generate qualified leads through outbound and inbound sales strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and decision-makers.



Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and demos. Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements. Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Market Expansion
Develop strategies to expand the company's presence in the US market. Identify new industry verticals and business segments. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports. Track and report key performance metrics. Collaboration & Strategy
