We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Senior Associate – Instructional Designer to support the development of high-quality digital learning experiences. The role involves applying instructional design principles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the creation of engaging, scalable,
and learner-centric training solutions. You will work closely with SMEs, designers, and project teams to deliver effective learning content across formats.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Design & Development
Design and develop digital and blended learning modules aligned with business goals and learner needs. Conduct learning needs analysis and identify performance gaps to recommend suitable learning interventions. Apply instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, and adult learning principles to ensure strong learning outcomes. Create storyboards, content structures, and scripts for e Learning, microlearning, and ILT/VILT formats. Support multimedia integration by coordinating with visual designers and media teams.
