This role needs deep Oracle HCM Cloud expertise and a robust track record in US Payroll and HCM operations. What You'll Do Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules end-to-end Lead requirement workshops with US HR and Payroll stakeholders Manage US Payroll — tax rules, garnishments, W-2, ACA compliance Handle US HCM — workforce structures and hire-to-retire lifecycle Provide functional inputs for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Configure Redwood UI pages using Page Composer and Visual Builder Build OTBI reports, dashboards, and BI Publisher templates Drive UAT planning, defect tracking, and go-live support Support Oracle quarterly release assessments and regression testing Required Skills Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
