We’re Hiring | Inside Sales & CRM Coordinator Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai Employment Type: Full time Experience: 2–3 Years Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month About the Role We are looking for an organised and proactive Inside Sales & CRM Coordinator to support our Inside Sales & CRM Manager in managing customer/dealer relationships, sales coordination, follow-ups, order tracking, and CRM activities. This is not a pure tele-sales calling role. The position involves coordinating with customers and internal teams, maintaining sales records, tracking follow-ups and orders, and supporting the Manager in ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations. Key Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Assist the Inside Sales & CRM Manager with day-to-day sales and customer coordination. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with dealers, distributors, retailers, EPC customers, and other business contacts as required. •⁠ ⁠Assist with customer inquiries, requirements, quotations, orders, and follow-ups. •⁠ ⁠Track quotations, orders, deliveries, payments, and pending requirements. •⁠ ⁠Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Inventory,



and Warehouse teams for order-related activities. •⁠ ⁠Maintain and update CRM/ERP records, customer details, order information, and follow-up status. •⁠ ⁠Make follow-up calls and messages to customers/dealers wherever required. •⁠ ⁠Assist in preparing basic sales, order, customer, and follow-up reports. •⁠ ⁠Help identify pending or missed follow-ups and bring them to the Manager’s attention. •⁠ ⁠Support the Manager in maintaining existing customer/dealer relationships and sales coordination. •⁠ ⁠Assist with other sales and CRM-related activities as required. ✅ What We’re Looking For •⁠ ⁠Postgraduate in any discipline. •⁠ ⁠2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, CRM, Customer Relationship Management, or a similar role preferred. •⁠ ⁠Experience with dealers, distributors, retailers, or B2B customers will be an advantage. •⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of CRM/ERP systems and MS Excel/Goo
