EPC Operations & Project Coordinator – Solar EPC Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Employment Type: Full time Experience: 2 Years Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month About the Role BRIVIN Solar is building a technology-enabled and centrally managed Solar EPC business focused initially on residential and commercial solar installations across Maharashtra. We are looking for an EPC Operations & Project Coordinator who can take ownership of solar projects from the initial site assessment through installation, commissioning, and final handover. This is a hands-on execution role suited to someone who understands how solar projects work on the ground and can coordinate customers, engineers, vendors, installation teams, and internal departments to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution Manage solar EPC projects from site survey through installation, commissioning, and handover. Prepare and maintain project schedules, checklists, and execution plans.



Coordinate multiple ongoing project sites and ensure milestones are completed on time. Identify project delays or execution issues and take timely corrective action. Maintain clear project status updates and escalate critical issues when required. 2. Site & Installation Coordination Coordinate site surveys and assess basic site feasibility. Work closely with technical/design engineers for system design, layout, SLD, and final BOM. Schedule and coordinate site engineers, electricians, installers, and contractors. Ensure installation teams follow BRIVIN’s technical, safety, and quality standards. Conduct or coordinate pre-installation and post-installation site inspections. 3. Material & Vendor Coordination Coordinate project-wise material requirements with procurement and inventory teams.
