Job Description
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and insight-driven Social Media Executive to strengthen Re’equil’s digital presence across platforms. This role sits at the intersection of content, cultural relevance, and community building , and requires someone who can combine strong execution with positive content judgment .

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life—from idea to execution to performance tracking .

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management & Execution

● Manage and execute content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms

● Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand strategy and campaign timelines

● Monitor comments, DMs, and conversations to build an engaged community

● Own and grow Re'equil's WhatsApp Community through engagement initiatives, broadcasts, campaigns, and member retention.

● Collaborate closely with the Copywriter and Brand Strategist to execute the social media calendar and campaigns.





● Track and analyze platform performance through weekly/monthly reports and recommend optimizations based on insights.

● Drive engagement across owned digital assets and build an active online community.

● Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across platforms

2. Content Creation & Creative Direction

● Contribute to social-first content ideation across Reels, Shorts, and static formats

● Assist in shoot planning, styling, and on-ground execution (props, talent, look & feel)
Support creative direction for shoots , ensuring output aligns with brand language
● Work on scripts, hooks, and content structures to improve performance and engagement

● Evaluate content quality and suggest improvements based on hooks, pacing, and storytelling

● Create and feature in social-first content for the brand (Reels, Shorts, and platform-native formats), ensuring alignment with brand tonality and performance goals
