About the Role

You own your territory end-to-end. You'll find the right companies in your patch, get a meeting on the calendar yourself, show up in person to pitch and demo, and close the order for a premium range of ergonomic chairs, workstations, storage, and luxury office accessories. This role suits someone who's equally comfortable prospecting from a desk and walking into an IT park or a construction site in their area to close a deal face to face.

What You'll Do
- Territory Ownership: Own a defined geography/market build and work your own account list of corporates, architects, interior design firms, and facility/procurement teams within it.
- Prospect & Book: Research targeted prospects and reach decision-makers across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other outbound channels;
book your own meetings rather than waiting on inbound leads.




- Field Prospecting: Visit IT parks, corporate hubs, commercial developments, and under-construction sites in your territory;
cold canvassing, walk-ins, local networking, in office inspections and space/furniture-fit assessments.
- Client & Designer Relationships: Build rapport with facility managers, HR/admin heads, procurement teams, interior designers, turnkey contractors, and architects;
conduct face-to-face product pitches, showroom walkthroughs, and demos showcasing premium finishes and accessories.
- Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Own the entire cycle yourself within your territory — qualification, requirements gathering, quotations, negotiation, and closing;
coordinate with design,logistics, and installation teams to get the order fulfilled.
- Clean Handoff: Once a deal closes, hand the account off to the Customer Success team for onboarding, installation follow-through, and ongoing relationship managem
