Position Summary

Work closely with the CEO’s Office and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives,



provide actionable business insights, and enable cross-functional alignment and execution. The role will support enterprise-wide programs across growth, operations, digital transformation, finance, HR, procurement, and operational excellence, acting as a strategic enabler to help teams solve problems and deliver outcomes.

Strategic Planning & Business Insights
- Support the CEO’s Office and senior leadership in evaluating strategic priorities, business opportunities, and organizational initiatives.
- Conduct structured research and business analysis to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop presentations, business cases, dashboards, and strategic documents to support leadership decision-making.

Strategic Initiatives & Program Enablement
- Support the planning and execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
