Role : Customer Support Associate - Voice Process

Location: Kolkata

Work Mode : 100% Work from office

Interview Location : Face to face Interview in the office

Shift Timings

- Any 10-hour shift between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM in operations
- Night shifts may be applicable during training

Job Profile

. Resolve customer queries through voice calls

Mandatory Criteria

- Minimum Higher Secondary Pass
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply




- Basic verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with no major MTI
- Customer-oriented mindset
- No planned leave for the first 3 months after joining
- 5 working days with 2 rotational weekly offs
- 10-hour shift per day comprising 9 working hours and 1-hour break

Interview Process

- HR Round General Screening
- Typing Test- 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
- Operations Round General Assessment
- Voice Versant Test (V3 and above)

Training

- Training may be conducted during the night shift

Documents Required

- Educational Mark Sheets
- Aadhaar Card
- PAN Card
- Offer Letter, Experience Letter, and last 3 months salary slips (for experienced candidates only)

- Aadhaar Card (Government-issued ID)
