Job Title: Tele Sales Associate

Salary: 20000 INR+ Incentives

Objectives of this role:

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets by converting the call into real time deposit in the game(150-200 calls/day).
- Gain a deep understanding of the companys services and find gaps in the customer’s lives wherein the company’s services fit
- Foster strong relationships with existing and potential customers by honing the telesales skills such as listening, empathy and problem-solving

Responsibilities

- Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
- Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries
- Stick to the sales script and strategy,



but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role
- Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
- Be aware of the latest industry trends as a telesales associate
- Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints

Required skills and qualifications

- Freshers are also welcome
- Prior 1 Year experience working in Igaming is preffered
- Fluency in Hindi
- Adept knowledge of working with MS Office
- Outstanding communication skills in HIndi both verbal and written

Preferred qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or a similar discipline
