We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with 8-15 years of experience in product management and prior experience working on AI-powered products, AI solutions, chatbots, Generative AI, or conversational AI products.

The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of AI product development from a product and business perspective, with the ability to identify use cases, define product requirements, design user experiences, work with technology teams, and drive AI products from concept to launch.

Experience with AI chatbot products, prompt engineering, LLM-based applications, AI workflows, and conversational experiences will be strongly preferred.

This is not a hands-on AI/ML developer role. We are looking for a product leader who understands how AI technologies can be translated into useful, scalable, and commercially viable products.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for AI-powered products and solutions.
- Identify business and customer problems that can be solved using AI Agent and Agentic AI.
- Research market trends, competitors, customer needs, and emerging AI capabilities to identify product opportunities.
- Define product goals, success metrics, priorities, and roadmap.
- Balance customer requirements, business objectives, technical feasibility, and time-to-market.

AI Product Development

- Lead the product lifecycle of AI-powered products from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with engineering, AI/ML, design, QA, and business teams to translate product requirements into deliverable features.
- Define AI-related product requirements, workflows, user journeys, and expected outcomes.
- Understand the capabilities and limitations of AI/LLM technologies and use them appropriately in product decisions.
- Evaluate AI-powered features from a user, business, quality, and usability perspective.

AI Chatbot & Conversational Product Experience

- Prior experience with AI chatbot / conversational AI products will be highly preferred.
- Define chatbot use cases, conversation flows, user journeys, intents, responses, escalation flows, and overall user experience.
- Work with technical teams to improve chatbot functionality, response quality, accuracy, and user experience.
- Analyze chatbot interactions and identify opportunities for improving user engagement and resolution rates.
- Define requirements for integrating AI chatbots with business processes and relevant systems.

Prompt Engineering & Generative AI

- Work with product and technical teams to define and improve prompts, prompt structures, instructions, and AI workflows.
- Understand prompt engineering concepts and their impact on AI product performance.




- Experiment with different prompting approaches to improve response quality, consistency, relevance, and user experience.
- Identify suitable use cases for LLMs and Generative AI within products and business workflows.
- Stay updated with developments in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and other leading AI platforms and technologies.
- Evaluate new AI capabilities and assess their potential application within existing or future products.

Product Discovery & Requirements

- Conduct customer discovery, stakeholder discussions, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Convert customer and business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
- Identify user pain points and translate them into product opportunities.
- Define MVP scope and prioritize features based on business impact, customer value, and feasibility.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs.

Cross-Functional Product Leadership

- Work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, UI/UX, QA, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Provide clear product direction and resolve requirement-related questions during development.
- Lead product discussions, sprint planning, reviews, demonstrations, and product workshops as required.
- Ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Track product development progress and ensure priorities remain aligned with the product roadmap.

Product Analytics & Optimization

- Define and monitor product KPIs and success metrics.
- Analyze user feedback, product usage, engagement, and performance data.
- Monitor AI product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use customer feedback and data-driven insights to prioritize product enhancements.
- Continuously improve AI product usability, adoption, performance, and business value.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

- Work directly with customers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and gather feedback.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations when required.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities, and progress to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and ensure effective communication across business and technical teams.

Product Launch & Growth

- Coordinate product launches with technology, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams.




- Support product positioning, documentation, training, and go-to-market activities.
- Monitor adoption and customer feedback after product launches.
- Identify opportunities for new AI use cases, features, integrations, and product expansion.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8-15 years of overall professional experience, with substantial experience in Product Management.
- Proven experience managing software, SaaS, digital, technology, or AI-powered products.
- Prior experience working on AI products is strongly preferred.
- Experience with AI chatbots, Conversational AI, Generative AI, or LLM-based products will be a major advantage.
- Practical understanding of prompt engineering and prompt optimization.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, requirements management, and product lifecycle.
- Experience working closely with engineering and technology teams.
- Strong understanding of customer-centric product development.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum product development.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into clear product requirements.
- Ability to understand technical concepts without being a hands-on developer.

Educational Qualification
