Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Influencer Marketing team in identifying and contacting social media influencers to collaborate with on campaigns
- Assist in executing influencer campaigns from start to finish, including coordinating product
shipments, tracking influencer content, and communicating with influencers
- Monitor campaign performance and produce reports to track key metrics such as engagement, reach, and sales
- Help develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers




- Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends and make recommendations to improve
campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, design, and e-commerce, to ensure
campaigns are aligned with overall brand objectives

Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Passion for beauty and personal care products
