Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and grievances
- Plan and execute team engagement and culture-building initiatives
- Manage payroll processing and compliance with labor laws
- Maintain HR records and generate workforce analytics reports
- Oversee recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations to build and retain a high-performing team

Requirements

- 3+ years of HR management experience, preferably in IT/tech
- Robust knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HR tools (HRMS, ATS, payroll software)
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Experience scaling teams in a fast-growing startup environment

Qualifications

- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred
