We are hiring for a Telesales Team Leader - Australia Website Process at Stay Bright Design Private Limited. Location - Kolkata Work from office mode Experience - Minimum 3 years in Website Telesales Team Leader role(Australia voice process only) Morning shift (7:30 am to 4 pm) Monday to Friday

Job responsibilities -

a) Manage the day-to-day activities of the sales team and monitor their performance.

b) Monitor sales calls and guide sales executives to improve pitch, close rates, and customer engagement.

c) Set individual and team sales targets, and coach team members on effective sales techniques.

d) Ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

e) Prepare and manage the team roster, track attendance, and generate sales performance reports.

f) Motivate the team to achieve both individual and organizational sales goals.

g) Conduct and facilitate sales training to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

h) Conduct weekly performance reviews and sales strategy meetings.

i) Foster a high-energy, goal-driven environment that inspires the sales team to exceed targets.





Experience - Minimum 3 years in website telesales Team Leader (Australia process only)

Person who has tele sales team handling skills in IT Sales (Website, mobile app digital marketing) Australia process

Someone with extensive knowledge to take sup calls, convert a lead/prospect in business.

Someone with excellent Analytical Presentation skills.

Strong English communication and persuasive skills; ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

Minimum Graduation Compulsory.

Salary - Between 25k to 50k. We have both PF and ESIC facilities. Only male candidates can apply
