The Role

We are looking for an Inbound Lead Qualification Executive who will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, qualifying leads and ensuring timely handoffs to Sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Qualify inbound enquiries based on MOQ, product feasibility and customer segment.
- Handle enquiries through Calls, WhatsApp, LiveChat, Email, IndiaMART and TradeIndia.
- Maintain zero missed enquiries and FRT 15 minutes.
- Identify and reject junk/irrelevant enquiries with minimal supervision.
- Follow up on unconverted quotations, lapsed leads and existing prospects.
- Handle objections around MOQ, price and timing with relevant follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate lead stages, remarks and follow-ups in Zoho CRM.
- Ensure 100% CRM data completeness and zero pending updates beyond EOD.
- Share qualified leads with Sales along with complete customer and conversation context.
- Track contacts reached, response rate, conversion and pipeline value.

What We're Looking For

- Graduate with a min of 2 years' experience in inbound tele-calling, customer support,



inside sales or B2B enquiry handling.
- Robust English and Hindi communication skills.
- Empathetic, patient, persistent and customer-focused.
- Comfortable handling multiple channels and enquiries simultaneously.
- Strong lead-qualification and objection-handling ability.
- High attention to detail and CRM discipline.
- Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho SalesIQ or WhatsApp Business is a plus.
- Exposure to PPE / industrial safety, B2B platforms or AI-based tools is an added advantage.
