OES is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Placement Manager (Preferable from NGO Background), to lead its placement and employer engagement initiatives across India. The candidate will be responsible for building strong industry partnerships, developing placement opportunities, and ensuring suitable employment opportunities for students trained through OES centres.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, employers, industry associations and placement partners across India.

* Identify and establish new employer and placement tie-ups for OES training centres.

* Generate and arrange job vacancies aligned with the skills and profiles of centre students.

* Build a robust employer network across multiple sectors and geographies.

* Coordinate with OES centres to understand student profiles, course completion schedules and placement requirements.

* Organise campus drives, recruitment drives, interviews, job fairs and employer interactions.

* Ensure effective mobilisation of students for available job opportunities and maximise placement conversion.

* Track placement performance, joining status, retention and employer feedback.

* Develop a structured placement pipeline and database of employers and vacancies.

* Work closely with the training and operations teams to align training outcomes with industry requirements.





* Travel Pan-India regularly for employer meetings, placement partner development, recruitment drives and centre visits.

* Prepare regular MIS and management reports on placement achievements, vacancies, employer tie-ups and conversion rates.

Candidate Profile

* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Education, Skill Development, Vocational Training or Employability sector.

* Solid experience in placements, employer engagement, corporate tie-ups or industry partnerships.

* Proven ability to build and maintain a large network of employers.

* Robust understanding of recruitment requirements across different sectors and job roles.

* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

* Strong leadership, coordination and target-oriented approach.

* Willingness to travel extensively across India.

* Candidates with experience managing placement functions for large-scale skilling projects will be preferred.
