About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and skilled SAP FICO Consultant with 12 years of relevant experience to join our SAP team in Kolkata.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, including exposure to implementation and support projects, along with strong functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO and excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP FICO processes in SAP S/4HANA environments.
Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and contribute to configuration and testing activities.
Provide functional support for existing SAP FICO processes and resolve user issues.
Understand business requirements and translate them into appropriate SAP FICO solutions.
Work on incident resolution, troubleshooting, testing, and issue analysis.
Prepare functional specifications and relevant project documentation where required.
Work closely with technical/ABAP teams for enhancements and integrations.
Participate in unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and post-go-live support activities.
Support business users and provide functional guidance on SAP FICO processes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as SAP MM and SAP SD wherever required.
Mandatory Skills




1–2 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA
Experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA Implementation Project
Experience in SAP S/4HANA Support Projects
Good understanding of SAP FI and CO processes
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent English Communication Skills – Written & Verbal
Ability to interact with business users and technical teams
Candidate must be residing in Kolkata
Good to Have
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementation activities.
Knowledge of integration with MM, SD and other SAP modules.
Experience in testing, documentation and user support.
Knowledge of SAP best practices and standard business processes.
