Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations professional to lead and manage multiple CSR-driven skill development projects. The role requires a strong technical foundation, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, combined with hands-on exposure to production/manufacturing environments and current experience in managing CSR or skill development operations. The incumbent will independently manage multiple clients, project teams and stakeholders across locations while ensuring timely and quality project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

- 10-12 years of relevant professional experience.
- Technical background is required; Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical domain is strongly preferred.
- Prior hands-on experience in production or manufacturing operations is highly desirable.
- Current or recent experience managing operations of CSR projects is preferred; skill development projects will be a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated experience handling multiple clients and multiple project locations simultaneously.
- PAN India work exposure is strongly preferred. The candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel based on project requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to independently manage project priorities, teams and client expectations in a dynamic workplace.
- Preferred Qualification :



Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant technical discipline. A postgraduate qualification in Operations, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field will be an added advantage.

- Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations of multiple CSR and skill development projects across India.
- Act as the primary operational interface for multiple corporate clients and ensure strong client relationship management.
- Manage project planning, execution, timelines, quality, manpower deployment, budgets and operational deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, training centers, project managers, trainers, mobilization/placement teams and external partners.
- Drive stakeholder management with clients, implementation partners, community stakeholders and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project reviews, identify operational risks and ensure timely corrective actions and escalations.
- Handle client discussions, negotiations and operational decision-making with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ensure adherence to project scope, agreed SLAs/KPIs, reporting requirements, documentation and compliance standards.
- Travel to project locations across India as required for reviews, client meetings, audits, project launches and issue resolution.
- Support expansion and smooth execution of multi-location projects through standardized processes and strong governance.
