Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on IT Infrastructure Team Lead to manage IT operations and lead the Desktop/IT Support team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the IT/Desktop Support team.
- Handle L2/L3 technical escalations and IT infrastructure issues.
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Manage Active Directory, user access, and authentication.
- Support Windows and macOS/MacBook devices.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP issues.
- Maintain IT security, endpoint management, patching, and compliance.
- Create and maintain SOPs and technical documentation.
