Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and Paginated Reports to support business reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective visualization solutions.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views using SQL Server (T-SQL).
- Build and maintain Power BI semantic models, datasets, and reusable reporting components.
- Integrate and consume data from Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server, and other enterprise data sources.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation and testing.
- Optimize report performance, SQL queries, and datasets for scalability and improved user experience.
- Implement best practices for Power BI development, visualization standards, and report governance.
- Support report deployment, enhancements, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to support cloud-based reporting and data modernization initiatives.
- Create technical documentation, report specifications, and user guides.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting standards and development practices.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security, governance,



and data privacy standards.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.

Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Reporting Engineer, Power BI Developer, or Business Intelligence Developer.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-level reporting and dashboard solutions.
- Experience working with large datasets and business-critical reporting environments.
