About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders and stakeholders, driving strategic people initiatives aligned with business goals. The role will involve using data and insights to identify people priorities, influence decision-making, and build robust partnerships across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.

Drive strategic HR initiatives across workforce planning, talent management, performance, engagement, and organizational development.

Leverage people data, HR metrics, and analytics to identify trends, provide insights, and support data-driven decision-making.

Work with stakeholders to identify people-related challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions.

Support business leaders in workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent development.

Drive cross-functional HR projects and initiatives from strategy through execution.





Track and evaluate the impact of HR initiatives through relevant metrics and insights.

Partner with the wider HR team to ensure alignment and consistency in people practices.

What We're Looking For

5-8 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, preferably in a fast-paced startup organization.

Strong experience working on strategic HR initiatives and partnering closely with business leaders.

Strong understanding of HR data, analytics, and metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across levels.

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive initiatives end-to-end.

A strategic mindset with a strong understanding of business and people priorities.
