Certification: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is mandatory

Salary: Up to 28,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
Key Responsibilities
Handle collection and recovery activities for IOB customers.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
Maintain skilled communication while ensuring timely recoveries.
Update collection records and maintain accurate documentation.
Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
