Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling and follow-up calls.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide information about products/services, and address any questions or concerns.
Database Management: Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
