- The candidate should possess strong knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems, including system architecture, communication networks, and how PLCs, RTUs, IEDs, and other field devices are connected and exchange data through industrial communication protocols.
- The candidate must be capable of configuring, developing, troubleshooting, and supporting Ignition-based SCADA applications, including identifying and resolving software issues and bugs. The ability to work independently in Ignition and troubleshoot complex application and communication issues is essential.
- The candidate should have a thorough understanding of RTAC architecture, configuration, programming, communications, and integration with SCADA systems, PLCs, IEDs, and other field devices. The candidate must be comfortable troubleshooting and supporting RTAC systems independently.
- High level understanding of SCADA and Control System factory and site acceptance testing and documentation is required. Training on in-house and industry standard devices and applications will be provided.
- Strong knowledge of Power Systems is required as the candidate will often reference Single/Three-Line diagrams, complex metering schemes and AC power theory for Distributed or Transmission grids, including typical power, applicable IEC codes and standards.
- The candidate should be highly proficient in creating,



modifying, reviewing, and interpreting electrical and control system drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, and system interfaces.
- The person in this role will not only work on recent systems but will also support and maintain existing installations. Thorough site acceptance testing and documentation is required.
- Ability to guide and train less experienced Engineers in SCADA best practices and Client standards.

- Approximately 4-6 years of professional experience working extensively with SCADA systems, preferably in the utility-scale power generation industry.
- Extensive professional experience using Ignition software in a production SCADA environment is required. Ignition certification is a plus .
- Extensive experience working with RTAC systems, specifically SEL RTAC systems.
- Strong experience working with utility-scale solar power plants and solar power generation SCADA systems.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, especially electrical AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of DNP3, Modbus, OPC protocols, and similar control system network protocols required.
- Open for 24/7 shifts .
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required (Mandatory).
