About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Placement Manager to join our team at LNJ Skills. As a Placement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the placement activities, ensuring successful student outcomes, and liaising with employers to build strong relationships. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, helping individuals take their first step towards a successful career.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage relationships with corporates, recruiters, and companies to create placement opportunities for students.
- Conduct interviews and career counseling sessions for students.
- Ensure students are prepared for the placement process, including resume building, mock interviews, and other job-readiness training.
- Coordinate with various departments to align placement schedules, drive attendance, and follow up with placement processes.
- Track the progress of students post-placement and gather feedback from both employers and students.




- Provide detailed reports on placement activities, success rates, and challenges.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient placement process, meeting set targets for job placement.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in a placement-related role, preferably in educational institutions or training companies.
- Robust understanding of recruitment and placement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with industry stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel PAN India as required.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
