The Role Lead Generation Focus
This is not a closing role — your primary responsibility is to generate, qualify, and book high-quality leads for the sales team in Australia.

You will engage with Australian businesses and identify opportunities for our advertising services.

Target Clients Include:
Real Estate Agencies, Gyms, Childcare Centres, Medical Clinics, Dentists, Restaurants, and Franchise Groups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to Australian businesses to generate leads
- Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers
- Book appointments for senior sales consultants
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate data
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries
- Build rapport and create interest in APA’s advertising services




- Consistently meet daily/weekly lead generation targets

Skills & Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation
- Experience calling or working with the Australian market (highly preferred)
- Clear and confident English communication (neutral or Australian-style accent preferred)
- Strong phone presence and ability to engage decision-makers
- Good understanding of sales processes and lead qualification
- Basic proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
- Highly driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
