Salesforce Technical Lead will be skilled in managing projects for Salesforce Sales Cloud, NPSP cloud / Fonteva Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud etc.

Qualifications

- Experience: 7-10 years
- Candidate must have Salesforce Admin Certification and have worked as senior salesforce administrator for global clients

Requirements

- Experience in SFDC Automation tools like Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules.
- Good knowledge in designing custom objects, fields, energetic page layouts, custom labels, and building reports.
- Experience in data migration integration using Data Loader.
- Follow Agile methodology involving onsite and offshore coordination.
- Good experience in addressing problems,



investigating root causes and implementing successful resolutions.
- Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups.
- Must be able to facilitate internal and external communication effectively.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity.
- Experience in implementing the Salesforce Cloud platform/s, including system integrations and data migration, will be an added advantage.
