Responsibilities
Guide prospective students and parents through admission procedures, course details, and eligibility criteria.
Manage inquiries via phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to convert prospective candidates into admissions.
Counsel candidates effectively to help them select appropriate academic pathways and career options.
Maintain comprehensive records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the database.
Collaborate with internal teams to achieve monthly and quarterly admissions targets.

Requirements
Only female candidates required.
1 to 3 years of proven experience as an Admission Counsellor or in education sales/counselling.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
Robust convincing abilities, goal-oriented mindset, and customer-first approach.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and standard CRM software.
