Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at our manufacturing/factory location. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, HR administration and supporting employee engagement and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations at the factory location.
Handle recruitment and manpower requirements for factory and support functions.
Coordinate candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and joining formalities.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation and HR records .
Monitor attendance, leave, shift and employee-related records.
Coordinate with employees and department heads regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
Support payroll inputs, attendance data and monthly HR reports.
Assist with statutory and labour compliance activities, including PF, ESIC and other applicable compliances .
Handle employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
Maintain proper personnel files and HR documentation.




Prepare HR MIS and reports related to manpower, attendance, recruitment and attrition.
Support disciplinary procedures and implementation of company HR policies.
Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth HR operations.

Required Skills
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of HR Operations and Recruitment .
Working knowledge of attendance, leave and payroll processes.
Basic understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance .
Valuable MS Excel and documentation skills.
Ability to independently manage HR activities at a factory location.
Strong coordination and employee-handling skills.

Qualification

MBA/PGDM in HR / Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, food processing, FMCG or factory HR operations will be preferred.
