AB InBev India is looking to hire Assistant Manager -Setting & Safety for its Supply team based out of Neemrana, Rajasthan

Purpose

/n

Take ES management responsibility of project construction site. Help the team to hit the final target safely.

/n

/n

Responsibilities :

/n

/n
Lead and Develop the ES Function by building team capability, providing guidance to safety engineers, and strengthening ES competencies across projects.

/n
Manage MCRS and ES Governance while ensuring compliance with company policies, ES regulations, and VPO ES pillar requirements.

/n
Support Project Execution and Plant Readiness through close coordination with operations and transition teams to ensure successful startup and handover.

/n
Drive Safety, Environmental, and Maintenance Compliance by ensuring all requirements, permits, assessments, and approvals are completed before project commissioning.

/n
Champion Contractor Safety Management through toolbox meetings, contractor audits,



certification reviews, safety training, kick-off meetings, and ongoing performance monitoring.

/n
Lead ES Reporting and Incident Management by ensuring timely reporting, investigation, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

/n
Conduct Risk Assessments and Safety Audits including daily, weekly, monthly, and specialized audits, hazard identification, JSA participation, and high-risk work permit approvals.

/n
Manage Change Control and High-Risk Activities by monitoring ES change management processes and approving critical permits such as hot work, scaffolding, and hazardous material activities.

/n
Coordinate with Regulatory Authorities including environmental, safety, fire, police, and sanitation departments to secure approvals and maintain compliance.

/n
Promote a Culture of Safety, Ethics, Quality, and Operational Excellence while ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, responsibly, and in line with company values and continuous improvement objectives.
