About Blue Pen AIn

Blue Pen AI is a screenless AI learning device for students. We want to help children learn with an AI teacher without the distraction of a mobile screen.

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who can visit schools, coaching centres, parents, and other potential customers to introduce Blue Pen AI and generate sales.

n

Responsibilitiesn

n
Visit schools, coaching centres, education institutes, and potential customers.
n
Demonstrate Blue Pen AI and explain how the product helps students learn without screen distraction.
n
Generate leads and build relationships with school owners, teachers, parents, and education partners.
n
Convert leads into product sales.
n
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
n
Follow up with interested customers through calls and Whats App.
n
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the team.
n
Represent Blue Pen AI at events, exhibitions, schools,



and education-related activities.
n
Maintain records of meetings, leads, and sales.
n

Qualificationsnn
Previous experience in field sales, education sales, edtech, or consumer products is preferred.
n
Robust communication and people skills.
n
Comfortable with visiting customers and travelling within Delhi NCR.
n
Ability to demonstrate and explain a technology product in easy language.
n
Comfortable working with sales targets.
n
Self-driven and able to work independently.
n
Hindi and English communication skills required.
n
Basic knowledge of Whats App, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is a plus.

What Success Looks Liken

Your main goal is straightforward: create sales for Blue Pen AI.

n

You will be expected to generate leads, meet potential customers, conduct product demonstrations, and convert opportunities into paying customers.

n

This role includes a 3-month probation period. Continued employment will depend on performance, sales results, and overall fit with the company.
