Roles and Responsibilities:

n

n
Own the master data governance framework, including ownership, approval workflows, change controls, and retirement rules.
n
Define and maintain golden source standards across SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, Success Factors, and downstream systems.
n
Lead data quality management, identity resolution, de-duplication, and remediation tracking across master data domains.
n
Deliver executive dashboards, operational reporting, SLA tracking, and self-service analytics using governed data sets.
n
Manage the master data operations team and drive process standardization, controls, and automation readiness.
n

Skills Required:

n

n
12 to 18 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in master data management, data governance, or data quality leadership.
n




Solid hands-on experience in MDM, master data governance, and enterprise data quality management.
n
Expert-level Power BI capability with solid data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and workspace governance experience.
n
Working depth in SQL and practical Python experience for data preparation, matching, and analysis.
n
Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and Success Factors data structures, reconciliation, and reporting integration.
n

Positive to Have:

Data architecture exposure, transformation experience, and familiarity with GDPR and data protection requirements.
n
Experience with record linkage, fuzzy matching, clustering, and advanced analytics techniques.
n

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
