Job Summary:

n

Looking for a senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) OTL Functional Consultant with 10–15 years of experience in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), preferably with solid experience in CWR (Contingent Worker/Workforce) and EPS processes. The consultant will be responsible for functional analysis, configuration, implementation/support, integrations, testing, and business process improvements.

Responsibilities

n

Analyze business requirements related to Oracle EBS OTL and workforce/time-management processes.
n
Configure and support Oracle OTL functionality.
n
Work on timecard creation, submission, approval, validation, and processing.
n
Support CWR/EPS-related workforce processes and integrations.
n
Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, interfaces, reports, and integrations.
n
Perform functional testing, SIT/UAT and defect resolution.
n
Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
n
Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis.
n
Work closely with HR, Payroll, business users, and technical teams.
n
Participate in implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
n

Ideal Candidate

n

10–15 years of Oracle EBS experience with solid hands-on OTL Functional experience. Candidates should have solid Oracle HRMS/OTL knowledge and experience working on enterprise-scale implementations or production support.
