Work overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, and financial reporting activities.
The ideal candidate should have robust accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Excel, and working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll compliances, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts using Zoho Books.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports, schedules, and other financial reports.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Assist in preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns and ensure proper documentation.
Support payroll processing and payroll-related statutory compliances.
Perform bank, vendor, customer,
and ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for accounting and compliance requirements.
Maintain proper records and documentation for financial and statutory purposes.
Use MS Excel for financial analysis, reconciliations, reporting, and data management.
Identify accounting discrepancies and support process improvements to strengthen financial controls
Key Requirements
CA Inter / Semi-qualified CA – Mandatory
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and statutory compliance.
Robust working knowledge of Zoho Books and MS Excel.
Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, payroll compliances, and financial reporting.
Strong accounting and reconciliation skills.
Positive analytical, problem-solving, and numerical abilities.
